9 How do I place an order?
Category: Select the social media platform you want to enhance.

Service: Choose the type of service.

Link: Type your username or the URL of the page.

Quantity: Enter the amount needed (do not use commas or dots; for example, use 1000 instead of 1,000)
Average Order Complete Time of Services A customer can see the average time it takes to complete an order. So, customers can choose an easy-quality service that is currently running and completing orders.
11 What does it mean every status on the orders history page?
[Processing] - order you placed is currently being processed, and you should expect to see results on your link shortly.
[In Progress] - order is presently in progress, and you should expect to see results on your link soon.
[Completed] - order has been successfully completed, and no further action is required.
[Canceled] - your order has been canceled and will not be executed. This is typically done manually or by an operator.
[Partial] - rest of the funds for your order have been refunded to your balance.
Ads campaigns do not affect our delivery times or process; however, we rely strictly on the start counts and current counts seen by our system and do not count any exterior enhancements, whether they are from ADs campaigns or outside sources.
13 What is a "mass order"?
A mass order is used when you want to enter several orders for different links at the same time. To do this, you should enter orders in this format:
Service ID, | URL | Quantity
Some social media platforms perform updates every few weeks or months to remove inactive accounts. This might cause some numbers to drop. All you need to do if that happens is open up a ticket with your order ID, and we will refill it free of charge during the refill period. In some services, we also have an active refill button.
15 What is Drip Feed?
Drip Feed is a service that we are offering, so you will be able to put in the same order multiple times automatically.
Let's say you want to get 1000 likes on your Instagram post, but you want to get 100 likes every 30 minutes. You will need to put

Quantity: 100
Runs: 10 (as you want to run this order 10 times, if you want to get 2000 likes, you will run it 20 times, etc.).
Interval: 30 (because you want to get 100 likes on your post every 30 minutes, If you want it each hour, you will put 60 because the time is in minutes).
Please note: Never order more quantity than the maximum, which is written in the service name (Quantity x Runs).
For example, if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10, because the total quantity will be 500 x 10 = 5000, which is bigger than the service's max (4000). Also, never put the interval below the actual start time (some services need 60 minutes to start; don’t put the interval less than the service start time or it will cause a failure in your order).
16 My order status is “Partial”. What does it mean?
If the particular server exceeds the limit of capacity, or sometimes, for some reason, we cannot fully deliver the order, we will refund the remaining undelivered amount and set the order status to "Partial."
You place an order for 5,000 and charge $10. Let's say we delivered 3000 and failed to deliver the remaining 2000. We will then set the order as "Partial" and refund the remaining $2000 to your balance (in this example, $4).
If you need the remaining amount delivered, you can place a new order, as the remaining amount that has not been delivered will automatically be credited to your account balance.
Drip feed orders are only available manually at the moment and are not possible using the mass order format or via API. You can write to us in a ticket or live chat, to see if we can include a Drip-Feed on the service you need
If the username or link is valid, then the order cannot be stopped. However, if the link is invalid (for example, a YouTube link in an Instagram service), then we can cancel and refund.
Some clients place orders with us after using previous providers. For example, they place an order for 1,000 followers for an account with tens of thousands of followers. Such accounts are bound to drop at some point due to the large number of previously bought followers. As such, we cannot offer refills for accounts that exceed 100,000 fans.
Although we strive to uphold our delivery commitments, occasional delays may arise due to unforeseen updates on platforms such as YouTube or other social media sites. These delays can result from recent changes to a particular social media website's algorithm or system overload. If you find the speed to be inconsistent with the service description, we are open to addressing concerns. We can provide a refund for the missing amount from an order, but please note that this is only applicable if the request is made within 48 hours of opening a ticket and the issue remains unresolved. It's important to mention that such situations are rare and occur infrequently.
The Average Order Completion Time for our services indicates the estimated time it takes to fulfill an order. By providing customers with this average, you can make informed decisions, selecting services that are currently active and efficiently completing orders in a timely manner.
If your order has been canceled, it is an automatic process triggered when our server encounters difficulties in delivering the requested service. In such cases, a refund is initiated to ensure fairness and transparency in our service transactions. Either the link is incorrect, please read carefully the service description and what examples of links there are.

24 How can I mark a service as a favorite?
To designate a service as a favorite, simply follow these steps:
1. Navigate to either the New Order,Services, or Order History page.
2. Locate the service you want to favorite.
3. Assign a 5-star rating to the chosen service.
4. Once rated, the service will automatically be added to your list of favorite services on the New Order page.
This makes it convenient for you to quickly access and reorder your preferred services.
25 How do I read a service name?
Service names are structured as follows: "Service ID & Service Name [Data-base] [Speed per day] [Non-Drop service] [Refill period] [Start time]."
For example, if you see a service named "2405 YouTube Views [4K] [1-3K/D] [NON-DROP] [R30] [0-1 HR START]," it means:
"YouTube Views" is the type of service.
"[4K]" indicates maximum data-base.
"[1-3K/D]" indicates the speed per order.
"[NON-DROP]" indicates the service have non-drop option.
"[R30]" signifies that there is a 30-day refill period for this service.
“[0-1 HR START]” - indicates the start time
